Its slow on the replies now, it goes to 2 bars on the loading and then hangs for about 10-20 seconds.

I don't think that's a server issue, TBH.

And I presume that you get a $ sign in Word too, even if you type £

If so, go to your control panel, find the language options, and make sure that ALL of them are set to UK not US, including the keyboard.

I'd explain it better if Windoze wasn't broken on this computer ...
