Just bought a new 4k TV
I've just bought a new 4k TV and although the HD channels both on Freeview and Sky look great the SD channels from Sky look like crap compared to the Freeview SD channels. Is this a ploy by Sky to get you to subscribe to their HD channels?

Can I Get Prime Video On 2011 Samsung
We have a Samsung UE40D6530 Smart TV bought in 2011 and cannot find the Amazon Prime App. I have searched the net and found that the APP was released for Samsung Smart TVs in 2012 and have read somewhere that it was not designed for older models. I have the latest firmware/software update for the TV and find this very…

I have sent the following mail to BT Openreach via Resolver, and cc'd it to my complaints contact in Vodafone. The whole matter seems…

Why isn't BBC radio on demand available on BBC TV
I cannot get the full range of BBC radio channels on my smart tv app. I looked up the BBC website and it has some goobledegook explanation about treating on demand radio differently and only allowing it to be available on pcs not tvs but it does not say why.Anyone know why?

Sky, what would you do?
I phoned sky to be "downgraded" to the entertainment package at £20 a month from the variety package at £32 and was told that it was not available to existing customers until sometime in February but I could downgrade to the original package at £22 per month then change to the new entertainment package when it becomes…

Best service for films
I have a long term illness which pretty much confines me to home, especially in the evening. Before this, I used to love going to the cinema but haven't been for over 4 years now (and probably not in the foreseeable future) so I've missed a lot of films. I was wondering about getting Netflix but one of my neighbours…
