Humax HDR-1100S 500GB
We have the 1GB version and have been very happy with it, however 1GB is actually overkill. Loads of recordings on it, nowhere near full.

Sure you meant to write 1TB. :rotfl:
Personally I upgraded my Foxsat-HDR to 1TB from 320GB to have enough capacity... although 500GB might be just enough now C4 is not in HD on freesat. We've only got about 20% used at the moment - but that is due to us watching older recordings during the quiet summer period for UK TV.
It has been known to be over 60% full with HD recordings.

I was a big fan of the Humax recorders but the Youview recorders are better quality video recordings IMO and readily available cheaply on Ebay0
