Mi Health - Fitness First Discount?
Hi all, I recently joined my industries union (BECTU) who offer a number of discounts with selected partners. One of these is discounted gym membership through a program with Incorpore. Seems like this company sets up Corporate Gym schemes for other companies. You have to buy a Mi Health card for £15 which entitles you to…

Oafs in the gym
Cute, aren't they? I've been going regularly since I joined. Very regularly. I'm about (checks My Fitness Pal) 30lbs down, have progressed from the first induction workout to doing a mixture of stuff - including a Zombie 5k training on the treadmill, as the weights have already stabilised my joints enough to make it safe…

I wish my local Library was as quiet as this part of MSE
Sadly it's not. On a monday they have about 100 under 5's singing and running around up and down the aisles. Pushchairs and tantrums everywhere. It has to be heard to be believed. I remember when you couldn't even whisper in a Library without being shushed by an assistant. (70's) Great days. :)
