Saggy skin weight loss

Anyone have any idea's on how to tighten loose skin - I have lost 5 stone 6 lbs and though Im over the moon at the weight loss the saggy skin is starting to get me down.

I am using my vibroplate daily - moisturing twice a day, drinking lots of fluids, but my legs look like an old ladies - really wrinkly and saggy - help anyone:j

Same problem! My doc has advised that the only real solution is surgery, but you wouldn't qualify on the NHS. I do a fair bit of weight work (far more effective than the vibroplate) and have got a decent shape to my arms, I have decided my inner thighs are a lost cause - jelly! Also Bio Oil tends to help - the wrinkliness is because the elasticity has gone, and whilst nothing will cure it, Bio Oil helps plump it out a tad? ;)

Congrats on the weight loss ;-)

I lost 6.5 stone and have no loose skin, I thank my lucky stars and the fact that I exercised from day 1, I really do think that its all thanks to the weight bands / resisitance bands, I do them daily, I could be wrong, but I swear by them :)

I didnt realise until today how saggy my legs are - was doing some press ups and I looked down - lol. Have just ordered some Bio oil, and will up the exercise, I have always walked, tried to run but it was like an earth quake running round the village - lol.

Long shorts it is this summer and lots of star jumps. :j

    1) Give it time, can take up to a year before your skin gets to its final state after weightloss, surgeons tend not to operate until the 9 month mark after weightloss.

    2) Tone up, can help fill out the skin a bit, you are in no danger of turning into Arnie.

    3) Dermaroller, this is very much something which is still on the fringes of mainstream medicine, but from what I have seen the results are very promising.

Well done with your weight loss and good luck keeping it off.
Unfortunately, if you have a lot of saggy skin there's nothing to do short of surgery ( I know cos I'm in that position too)
This poor guy is an extreme example -
