Smartsave - 1 year fix. Any issues?
I'm considering Smartsave for a 1 year fix @ 5.28%. I was all set on going with MBNA, but I'm put off by the fact that it is telephone access only! Is there anything I need to be aware of with Smartsave? Any issues anyone has had? Any reason why I shouldn't go with them?
