Delay in transferring Premium Bonds wins to my Direct Saver

How long does it take for NS&I to transfer Premium Bonds Wins into a Direct Saver 
My account is serious up to do this automatically 
I won a few prizes at last draw and the money has not yet been transferred into my Direct Saver

Last win I've seen (£100 in August) went into the nominated bank account on 8th

Prize money now paid into my Direct Saver on 08-10-24 at 11 am 

Just had a frustrating time trying to transfer the prize from my Direct Saver to my external nominated account 
Every time I get to the 'make payment' section it logs me out telling me I pressed the back button

I was doing this away from home on my mobile phone (For some reason I can only access NS&I via my mobile)
Will try again when I get home

So effectively, you're delaying the payment yourself by having it sent to the Direct Saver first.

PB prizes are always paid into accounts between 8th-10th dependent upon weekends.

This delay in transferring from my DS to my nominated account is not an issue 

Also 
NS&I do in fact inform me by email when prizes are transferred from my PB Account into my DS Account

I've just tried to register for an NS&I account to buy premium bonds.  Once I realised (following help from this forum) that the Chrome browser seems to be the way to avoid the 'you've been logged out as you pressed the back button' IT glitch, they've still left unresolved for years, I actually managed to register.
