Superdry - Cancellation of listing on LSE and Matched Bargain Settlement Facility

Options
Good evening all.

I owned a number of shares in Superdry and have to be honest had paid no attention to the account they were held in for ages (I knew they were not performing particularly well so frankly ignored them).

However, it appears I was wrong to do so as I can see a message in my account from July stating:

Cancellation of Listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Superdry Plc has cancelled its listing on the LSE. This means the shares are no longer available for you to buy and sell.

The Cancellation was approved by shareholders at the general meeting held on 14 June 2024.

Superdry has set up a Matched Bargain Settlement Facility. We're not able to support with trading in this way, so if you want to take part you'll need to refer to the Superdry website for more information on the process. You may need to transfer these shares to a Broker who can take part in Matched Bargain facilities.

If you want to transfer your shares to another broker, you'll need to contact your new broker to arrange the transfer.

If you want to find out more, please visit the Superdry website

Im struggling to understand what this means. Do I just need to accept the shares are gone/ worth absolutely nothing and move on?

Basically they're next to worthless - looks like the last price on the LSE was 3p - but it means they're unlisted and hard to buy and sell but not impossible. You could contact the trading platform stated on Superdry's webpage to ask which brokers support trading in these shares.
