To appeal or not to appeal
My wife was dropping our daughter off for work, and entered the car park which is across from the restaurant she works at , the restaurant has double yellow line in front so the car park is the safest place to 'drop off' - the car was logged arriving and departing 12mins elapsed, the car never parked. Civil Enforcemnt…

I'm asking this question because I simply cannot find the answer. Suppose I park my car in a bay marked "Parking limited to 30 mins. No return for one hour" and leave after spending 20 minutes there and drive home. My partner takes my car out an hour later and parks in the very same parking bay. Is she committing an…

Please delete
So now I need to appeal to POPLA but haven't got the first clue in how to do that or what to include so would really appreciate some guidance if possible. I've checked the code on the parkingcowboy website, as instructed in post #3 of the sticky thread and I've got just 17 days left to appeal. Presumably there was a delay…

High view parking fine
We parked in a car park on holiday in Tenby on 4/6/15 and paid for 5 hours parking. We have now received. A charge notice today (2/7/15) this seems such a scam. Who would still have their parking ticket from a holiday 4 weeks ago? The evidence is a photo of us going in and out of the car park. It would be quite easy to…
