Parking Charge

Hello there,
I received a parking charge yesterday although I have a permit for my place of work where the ticket was issued. I have been told that it could be that it was not quite visible. The charge is from UKPC for £90 or £50 if paid within fourteen days. This site has helped me once before so here I am again asking for advice. I won the last appeal regarding a fine from APCOA at Luton Airport.
It is signposted about the parking if you do not possess a permit and what the consequences can be.
Is this a charge I have to pay? Please help.

You need to first read through and understand the newbies faq thread (towards the top of the forum) on how to deal with this.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/48168220 -
also get the landowner or employer to cancel it , seeing as you have permission to park and there is no loss to the landowner
that NEWBIES sticky thread details appeals procedures which you should do AS WELL0 -
You also need to see their photographic evidence if you say your permit was on display.0

I have seen the photographic evidence now and the permit is on the dashboard, but slightly obscured by the tinted section of the windscreen.0
-
Then that is a valid appeal point i.e. the permit was on display and can be seen in photo.0
