Damage to windows by window cleaner
As the title says, windows were cleaned today (first time) and the window cleaner has damaged the black trim (or rubber or whatever it's called). He has actually ripped it and pulled it off. About 6 inches in length. What can or should I do, will I now have a leak or condensation inside the window. Can this be fixed?

Irish passport renewal - cost via a NI PO
Quick question - how much does a PO in NI charge for the passport fee and fast tracking fee for submitting the renewal form etc for you? Current charge for passport is €80 in the ROI but PO in NI will charge you in £stg obviously, plus their fee.
