£110 To post something to the USA!?

Hi
I've just been quoted £110 by DHL to post a Urine Sample to the USA for testing, this can't be right can it?!
I need to use a specific lab in Atlanta and the kit I bought states outward dispatch should be DHL but given the small size of the parcel I'm gob smacked at the cost.
Are DHL literally taking the !!!!😁

It's obviously something to do with the fact that it is Pee.... is it classified by them as something outside of the ordinary that has to be handled in a special way?0

Human waste(urine), needs to be shipped in some special way.0

Human waste is prohibited with most mail services, so this will be the reason for the cost.Always overestimating...0

That does seem very expensive. I sent blood samples by Fedex to the USA last year and it was a small fraction of that price.[0
