Our stove, Aarrow Sherborne medium needs a real overhaul to get it back up to scratch. I'll do it myself but am struggling to find the gaskets for the glass doors. Do I need to use the same type of gasket that came with the stove or are there universal types that I can use?

What is a reasonable time for an energy company to refund a credit balance to my account following request for same? I haven't asked for the total credit balance to be repaid, the remaining credit will cover two monthly payments.I pay by direct debit and the sum has accrued due to their admitted errors in billing.
