Help Worcester Combi and Rc Plus

I have recently moved house and there is a Worcester combi boiler and a British Gas RC Plus controller in the house. The dials on the boiler are turned up fully no matter how high I set the Rc control the house never reaches that temperature set on the control the temperature on the control goes up and down but it just never reaches the top temperature.

Anyone have any ideas?
