Any tips for heating cold bath water thats better than using a kettle?

Has anyone had any experience with "Water Heating Element, Haofy 3000W" sold on amazon?

    Looks lethal! Does it conform to a British Standard? Or European? I see it takes over 2 weeks to arrive- not coming direct from China by any chance?

    Get the boiler replaced, and go to a local swimming pool to have a shower in the mean time, or use the showers at work if you have them.
