Contact creditors after 12 months or 15 months after DRO?
Hi there. My DRO ended in December and just curious about the post DRO cleanup. So far only a couple of my creditors from my list have updated my credit file with 'satisfied' and closed, a loan and an overdraft. Then one credit card removed the sum owed, showing zero and just marked it as 'Delinquent' but still open. Is…

IVA Certificate for HMRC (completion 2010!)
Hi I am in a messy dispute with HMRC, I have had a bill from HMRC for tax they say I owe from 2001. They said it’s been linked to an IVA which I had from 2005-2010 so they’re assuming I didn’t complete my Iva. This is incorrect as my IVA was completed and in fact I had a mortgage in Sept 2011. I cannot get a copy of my Iva…

IVA Completion certificate delayed by 9 months
Hi, I wondered if anyone could offer any advice on whether I can take any action against my IVA practitioner. I recently completed my IVA back in June 2024; it was extended by 2 months due to a bonus I received the previous year. Other than that, however, it ran perfectly with no other missed payments or extensions. I…

Missold IVA
I entered an IVA in Jul 2021 and has voluntarily terminated it in May 2024. I believe I was missold the IVA and wasn't given the correct support whilst in it. I've put a compliant in regarding this. Was just wondering has anyone else here had any experience complaining about a missold IVA and if so what was the outcome?

Not sure which option...
Hi all, I need some unbiased 3rd party opinions. I'm £70k in Loan in and Credit Card debt. Asset free, and about to take on a council flat due to succession.
