Contact creditors after 12 months or 15 months after DRO?

Hi there. My DRO ended in December and just curious about the post DRO cleanup.
So far only a couple of my creditors from my list have updated my credit file with 'satisfied' and closed, a loan and an overdraft.
Then one credit card removed the sum owed, showing zero and just marked it as 'Delinquent' but still open. Is this normal?
But the remaining credit cards still show the initial figures, still open and marked as 'Default'.
Do I need to wait a bit longer, as in 3 months after December and then contact the remaining ones?
Thank you.

Everything should be marked as "default".
The date of default should be the date your DRO started, or earlier.
Balances should show as settled or satisfied, but the important thing is the default date.

Perfect, thank you very much.
And the procedure from Dept Camel's website is the most viable way to contact them, right?
