How do I best cover the gaps in this fence?
Neighbour erected a mini fence but it wasn't done well from my side plus there are gaps. I think the gaps are there to let the sunlight into her room. I am looking to: - Put something over the entire fence on my side so that I see no gaps (or fence, even) - Also put something on my side that will stop her cat from jumping…

Cheapest driveway options
We are considering selling our house and want it to be as appealing as possible. We have a messy, overgrown front garden which would be more desirable as parking (parking is hard to find). We already have a drive for one car next to it and the drop kerb extends enough to not need enlarging. What would be the cheapest…

Storage Radiator exchange
We have 2 old storage radiators which are beyond repair. Cost of replacement units is £800 each. The electrician has quoted £1000 to install. Toilet leak
My toilet is leaking, at the back from the large pipe at the bottom. It's already been bodged with insulation tape wrapped around it, but that was 10+ years ago, before my time in the house.I guess some more tape will solve it?I am guessing doing a proper job could be expensive, if I got someone in?
