Scantronic 9651 house alarm - engineer code

Afternoon all.

Im after some help after fitting a new back up battery to my alarm system - which is now holding an inactive tamper alert

Key pad - Scantronic 9651 - unsure of model of main unit. It has no obvious stickers or anything on it.  Ill include photos to see if it helps.

I installed new battery which cleared the 1st alert (low battery) and that is fully cleared from the system.

I now have a tamper alert - which is now showing as INACTIVE ( so presuming not an issue now) and the main panel is secured with cover back on.

The system wont now set, and says it needs an installer code to clear the alert. My code wont clear it and says it needs an engineer / installer code.

Reluctant to call an engineer our any pay call out fees just for a code.

Any help appreciated.
