Greenhouse help
I have a couple of greenhouses at my allotment. I have waterbutts. I want to harvest water from the greenhouse gutters. Don't feel like I want o buy a kit as they are very expensive. I am looking for ideas to do it on the cheap. Has anyone got tips for me?

I've seen several phone app's which say they can identify any plant by scanning it. I'm interested as I have a few roses and other plants that I would like to identify. Do any members have any experience of these apps or have one? Thanks for all replies.

What to fill a raised veg bed with?
Hi all,I have just bought a small raised veg bed (1m x 1m). I dont have any topsoil, but I have half a bag of compost and a ready supply of well rotted manure. Can I just fill the raised bed with the manure and the tiny bit of compost that I have? Or will that kill any veg that I plant? Thanks

How to kill this ash tree
hello Two ash tree saplings have grown this spring in a rain gully. Any idea on the best way to get rid of them? I am afraid cutting them will not be enough. Will the roots still grow if I just cut them? They are right next to the house!

Garden sleepers against fence
Hi, we have recently just completed our first garden lockdown diy. We have put sleepers up against our fence & filled it with plants. Unfortunately 🙈 we never put a barrier between the fence & the soil. Can anyone suggest anything that can be done without completely digging the whole plant bed out?

Mare's Tail infestation! How best to get rid cheaply?
Hi We have a patch of land which is currently infested by Mare's Tail and it's very difficult to get rid of! The roots are very deep and have ended up growing through cracks in my drive way as well.
