Hi Folks , Well the dreaded brown envelope appeared on sat morning with the DLA to PIP announcement for my good lady ! Jumping the gun a little but if it gets to the face to face assessment stage is it permissible to record the interview using a voice recorder or something similar ? Regards

Can't understand what tribunal mean?
Anyone know what this statement means about me? Its on my tribunal decision that i got today. Is it meant to be rude? "We do not find him to be a credible witness" what exactly does that mean???

I did pass but was not told why just 2 months later got a letter saying new dates. Its to know if I barely passed or got more points and their interpretation of my issues.

PIP and time away (holidays etc)
Hi can someone clarify to me, if you are going on holiday and you are on PIP (not JSA/ESA etc), do you have to inform DWP that you are going on holiday? I only ask as what happens if they send you an assessment letter and you are not around to receive the letter? thanks
