A learner driver with a provisional car entitlement cannot drive a three-wheeled vehicle unless they meet certain disability criteria.[6]

Does anyone know the rules for a disabled person on DLA/PIP and their possibility of driving a Microcar? mopeds are way too dangerous.. but do they still need a moped licence or can they drive a microcar on a provisional?
thanks

Only applies to age as far as I know.
A person claiming DLA/PiP can drive a microcar on a provisional license from the age of 15 but will still need to take their test later on.
It's also only higher rate that counts0
