You have to be receiving or eligible for income based JSA to receive disability premiums.
If you are already receiving income based JSA(look on your award letter) then you should already be receiving a disability premium because you are on enhanced PIP care.
You can also get the severe disability premium if you live on your own, have no one receiving Carer's allowance for you and are receiving standard or enhanced care of PIP.0 -

I think you would be eligible for the SDP in these circumstances. However, you may need some support proving that this counts as living alone.
I suggest you go to your nearest CAB and ask them to do a quick benefit check up for you. They will also be able to answer your question about living in a hostel as to whether this counts as treated as living alone.
They will also help with any backdating of premiums and tell you how to apply for SDP.
Take your JSA award letter, your PIP award letter and your bank statements with you.0 -
you will also be entitled to the disability premium and the enhanced disability premium as well as the severe disability premium.
you can get disability premiums with contributions based JSA, but they would want proof of household income/savings ets.
the premiums would be paid as an income related top up0
