Refused DLA
We've been refused DLA for our 14 year old daughter, the reason they have given is that we do not give care throughout the day. They fully acknowledge that she requires personal care for over an hour a day by encouragement , prompting and some physical help.

PIP Face to face Assessments/ Is there a desk in the room?
When having a PIP Medical assessment, interview with the Medical practitioner, ATOS, On the day of the interview, when you are in the room having it, is there a desk there, where you can lay any notes, and recorder (after recording permission has been granted by them of course) Do they have desks? or not? cheers x

Has PIP transfer paused?
I'm just wondering, as three years later I still haven't had the dreaded letter from DLA to apply for PIP. I understand there are 1.6 million reviews, has the transfer paused until these reviews are done? I've probably jinxed myself now! But I obviously can't ring up as I don't want them to catch me!
