Bailiffs have turned up at my parents
Hi all, I’m hoping someone can give me a bit of guidance or reassurance. Today, a High Court Enforcement Officer turned up at my parents’ house trying to enforce a High Court Writ for a personal loan I owe. The debt is in my name only. Thing is — I haven’t lived at that address in over five years. My parents were…

Hi, I have been back and forth with Utility warehouse regarding a debt, which I disputed. The latest debt collector has now come up with a reduced offer, that I can pay in 3 instalments and prevent a ccj. It comes across as a negotiation offer. What is the best way to move forward with this offer?

If someone had visits from DCAs, would they be interested in the car you had on the drive? In my case I have a Kia 2016, which I have a service plan on and it usually gets through MOTs without an issue, so actually I would hate to have to sell and buy a banger as I think that this would be false economy as it never causes…
