Good Morning, Julian,

My name is ?????????, and I’m contacting you from the Goods Removal Team at FCL Debt Enforcement.

This message serves as an urgent notice that we have received a legal instruction from your creditor, confirming that you have failed to maintain the agreed monthly payments.

Consequently, your creditor has requested that we proceed with a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against you.

Once the CCJ is issued, an Attachment of Earnings will be applied to your wages or benefits, with £719.91 deducted starting from next month.

As you have not responded to our previous attempts to contact you, we are now preparing to arrange the removal of goods from your property without further notice.

To prevent this enforcement action, you must act immediately. You have the following options available:

1.     Pay your creditor in full to stop the CCJ and any further enforcement activity.

2.     Apply for a loan to clear your outstanding debts (please note that missed or defaulted payments may affect approval).

3.     Contact us today to discuss an affordable repayment plan or other options suitable to your situation.

If you wish to stop enforcement proceedings and find a resolution, reply “HELP” to this email immediately, and one of our associates will contact you to arrange a solution that works for you.

Failure to respond may result in enforcement continuing without further warning.

Thank You

?????????

Enforcement Officer

I guess the question is 'have you ever seen such outrageous spam?'

Yes, it is a regular occurrence on this board

I normally say that eventually the spammers will produce something convincing, but they never do.

I once heard a theory that spammers don't want to produce convincing spam. The idea being that they want to catch the most gullible and susceptible to the scam. By making the spam of poor quality this quickly weeds out the people who are least likely to cough up money and helps save everybody's time.

While this is just a theory I'm inclined to believe that there's some truth in it.
  • It's definitely a theory that has some logic to it. Only the most gullible and therefore likely to pay up are going to believe that a Nigerian prince has millions of dollars of gold that he need them to help smuggle out of the country or that they are the only person that can help a celebrity that contacted them via Instagram get out of some situation and the only way for them to do it is by sending some money to a random third party.

Total SPAM, seen many versions over the years, full of absolute rubbish, so many things wrong with it, its easier to tell you what is right, and the only thing right with it is that it was probably morning when they copied and pasted it from some other scammer lol.
