Non Standard Build
Just viewed a house with brick parting walls but the actual build is wood/frame? Decor is from 60's era but will this be a issue with the bank?

When to buy holiday euros
I shall need some euros to pay cash for my holiday accommodation in June. I see the rate has declined quite a bit since our holiday last September. Should I buy at the current rate in case the rate goes down further with the referendum approaching?
