Good news, but I'd hold off for another few months. I am sure there will be a few even cheaper 10 year rates as we move towards Summer.0

I thought the same 18 months ago when I fixed at 3.89%. I was sure 10 year rates would improve but with 2 lots of school fees starting imminently I wasn't sure I'd qualify for a better deal if I waited for one.
I think we are maybe half to a third of the way through the era of very low rates so I reckon these deals will be around for a while yet.0 -
