Matt PVA Alternative
Hi all, I would like to make some coasters I saw Kirstie Allsopp make on tv the other day. It involves gluing paper napkins to small tiles then 3 coats of PVA on top to seal and make it waterproof. However, I think PVA dries to a glossy finish doesn't it? I would like them to have a matt finish so wondered if you can…

Ideas for school
Hi everyone! I am a teacher starting at a new school in September. Once a month we have a special lesson called pep where the teacher can choose what to teach and the children opt in for it. Daylight lamps
I'm thinking of getting one of these but have no idea which is best. Ideally I'd like a floor standing one as it would go between my chair and my daughers to illuminate her crochet and my cross stitch. Is this feasible or would we need two. Any advice welcomed.
