Best glue/tape to attach embellishment to photo frame?

Hi all,
I am wanting to stick an 'IRON ON Embroidered Patch Personalised Owl' onto a white gloss photo frame.
Could you tell me the best glue to use or would Sticky Fixers do the job?

Hi Lynn,
I would recommend Beacon 3 in 1 glue which sticks anything. Its amazing and I use it everyday on all my crafts xx
