CSA tribunal transcript?
Hi Asking on behalf of someone else, so will keep brief. Is it possible for an attendee at a csa tribunal to get a copy of the transcript, detailing all that was said etc? Or will a copy be sent out anyway? The judgement in terms of the appeals being heard, have been received, but there were statements made that may help…

CSA1 Departure
A recent re-assessment was made which was incorrect. The effective date of this was the middle of last year. We wrote and pointed this out. In the meantime, the PWC applied for a Departure (Jan 2013). This was allowed on the basis of shared housing costs. The departure team have corrected the initial incorrect…

CSA DOE Validity
I saw something on an earlier thread about validity of DEOs. On checking our file, we have had a copy of the one issued March 2006 and 2007 but nothing since then. Payments continued to be deducted from wages until 2012 but have no copies of further DEOs. Should we have had? It looks like each one is valid for 12 months -…

A mini rant!
Firstly, I want to say I absolutely support all those PWC on here who are struggling to get what they are entitled to from the NRP. NRPs who do not pay maintenance are in my book wasters who do not deserve respect. You PWC are doing a great job :T :T Now on to my rant. My hubby is a NRP who has paid above and beyond from…

Any advice on the above question would be appreciated! My payslips (until recently), showed DEO deductions against 'CSA 2', my latest payslips show deductions against 'CSA 1, with a £30 a week increase in payments:eek: I thought that it was intended progression of cases from csa1 to csa2, and then eventually, onto csa3?…

CSA Under Payment
Hi. I've been getting around £120 per month CSA, my ex failed to tell the CSA he had a increase in pay over a year ago. He's on £90K a year. I know the CSA don't normally backdate claims, he's self employed and I have just found out this information. Is there anything I can do about this? Make a special case to the CSA? Or…

Confused about how CSA works - need advice
I have a nearly 4 year old daughter whose father is not from the UK, but who ran off and left me before she was born and denies to everyone that she is his. So we've had no contact. When she was 9 months old I found out that he was working here again and I did a bit of detective work and found out the name of the employer.…

Age 19 and CSA
The other week I called the CSA to find out when we stop paying CSA for my stepson. He is on his third year of college and turns 19 in May. The answer was 'at the official end of the course', but when exactly is that?! After the exams, which can be weeks after the last actual attendance? Also, for the folks worrying about…

Need info on self employed & maternity pay/leave etc
Hello all! My partner has just discovered that we're pregnant but we can't figure out if we will get any benefits or help. We are both self employed through our own separate limited companies. Even though we are 'entitled' to maternity leave and pay, we both work on a project basis so if we don't work we don't have any…
