Anyone use Liquid Opinions?
Been with them a while, and recently got over the 2000 points required to redeem. So redeemed over a week ago, noting that they said if nothing is received in 3 working days, then to email them. So about 5 working days later, I noticed I had nothing paid into my Paypal, so emailed them like they said, using the email…

Wage Recall
Im due to receive my final wageslip from my employer tomorrow, 25th september 2024. It was showing as being pending in my bank a/c this morning to come in tomorrow, however i had realised that it was £300 short. I immediately reached out to the employer to inform them of this and it looks as if a standard recall has…

A question for YLive aficionados please.
I'd be grateful for any observations from seasoned YLive participants please. I signed up shortly before Christmas and completed one survey. I didn't receive anything then until last week and then again earlier today (requesting completion by end of today). I wasn't expecting to be inundated with opportunities but with…

Survey Spins
Has anyone had any experience with survey spins? I downloaded after seeing it on TikTok, quickly got up to £4 (minimum payout) and cashed out - the TikTok recommended this as they give £1 credit every time you cash out. This was on 13th September, but still haven’t had the money. It’s only £4 so can’t really be bothered to…

Don't get caught out..
In May I
switched my bank account to Santander which at the time was offering £175 to do
so. I met all the criteria, filled in the on-line form and the application was
accepted. A few months have passed and I started wondering why Santander hadn’t
passed on the £175 switching fee? I contacted
them and they gave me this…

Can't log into E-Rewards
Anyone else having problems logging into E-Rewards? started yesterday, says my log in details are incorrect but they are 'saved' and 100% correct. Odd its happening the same time as split from Ebay, maybe Nectar trying to prevent people converting points to turn into vouchers?

Reward apps for walking/steps
I have 3 currently, Cashwalk, Macadam, and Winwalk. I used to love cashwalk and made 200 coins from steps plus extra from challenges but app updated and now it's rubbish. Winwalk and Macadam pays less but you can make a bit from playing games and surveys. Are there other apps primarily for steps for coins that are worth…

Renting Multiple Units through Ltd Company
This may seem a straightforward Q, but if I form a limited company, and then rent multiple (say 10) units via said limited company, I assume the rent costs are legitimately deductible as costs of the ltd company?

Quidco - worth it for a laptop - yes it is
Cashback takes a while but I just got over £400 for a refurbished laptop purchase on the Applestore, bringing the price down nicely. https://www.quidco.com/raf/4297328/

Onepoll: worth it?
I've read some poor reviews on the Google play app. Yet it's on the top 25 UK survey companies on this website. What's going on? https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/family/make-money-surveys/ no.11

Is anyone part of Travel Home Workers?
I just saw this website https://www.travelhomeworkers.com/ advertised on Facebook (which sometimes advertises companies and products which aren't what they seem) and wondered if anyone works with them and if they're legit and a good company wo work with? I see there's a £295 setup fee plus a "monthly management fee" of £49…

Yougov log in problems
Hi, never had this problem before, but I know there have been previous threads, but none as far as I can tell with the same symptoms. Got logged out of the app, not my choice, it did it itself. When I go back in, it says enter my email address and it will send a code. 100% I have the right email address, but the code…

Don't sit on it
Hi all, I've heard adverts on the radio for a company called "Don't sit on it, sell it". They buy unwanted jewellery etc. Has anyone used them and can let me know if they're genuine please? I can't see any review online, they don't seem to be on trust pilot or anything. I've ordered and received the postage pack from them…

Are these 'paid to play games' apps really worth it?
And if so, which are the better ones? I've currently got the Justplay app on my phone, as I saw it was one of the recommended ones on MSE. Don't seem to be getting anywhere fast though...had it a month or so and played a few games through it, and it constantly gives me 'loyalty points' by the thousand, but moneywise it…

Have a broken appliance you need to replace?
Obviously if you know what is wrong, try eBay for spares rather than buy a new one. But sometimes the prices of spares are astonishing for spares. So if you can’t repair it, and it is a good brand item check eBay for ‘sold’ prices of parts for your appliance. If there is a good market for them, consider dissembling the…

Raising Cost Price after Deposit Paid
Hi all - first time post so after a bit of advice! - I am a photographer and run stalls selling my work at fairs and markets etc. At the start of the year, I received an email from the events company that I used dating their markets for this year and stating each day costs £30 and would need a £10 deposit to secure. - I…
