Problems with Ipsos

Hello; has anyone else been having problems with Ipsos surveys? I've nearly completed a couple; they've then frozen and my only option is to go back to home page which means the survey vanishes from the list available. They get to keep the data but I'm not being credited with the points. I've emailed them but their answer is basically tough and they won't allow me to restart or credit me with any points. I've had £30 worth of vouchers from them so far. Is this their way of weeding people out or gathering data for nothing? Thanks for any insight. Humdinger

I have had to give up totally with Ipsos - they used to be really good and I would get a payout at least once a month from them.

Then from the beginning of this year, they stopped giving me surveys to do. I deleted my account and then a few weeks later decided to see what would happen if I started up with a new account. Started well with plenty of surveys, but then the same thing happened no more surveys and no where near a pay out level. I won't bother with them again.

I think the same thing happened with me - they stopped sending me surveys and then cancelled my account because I wasn't doing any surveys.

Thanks @House_owner and @Gizmo72. I'll get to the next payout and see how long it's taken. Their behaviour feels shabby.
