New version of Pinecone Research
I have been doing Pinecone surveys for a few years. Recently they had an upgrade. Original reward was 300 points = £3 and it took about 5-10 mins and you 99% of the time got they survey guaranteed till the end
Now reduced points, screened out after few questions and lots more glitches.
Plus having to complete lots of profile questions
Is this just me or is this with other people.
Thanks

It's the same for me; I've even got 3/4 through pretty long surveys which have then failed to complete. I'm not sure that it's worth doing anymore, it's a waste of time. Lots of similar disappointing reviews on Trustpilot since the rebrand

Really, they have spoilt a really good survey site. I used to jump on any survey in my emails now I just press delete..I even get reminders for surveys I can't even access..

I'm currently ignoring their emails, its shocking, when they said there would be a new website but no other changes - wow, that was a big fat lie. I'm hoping they realise the error of their ways but not holding my breath.

I am currently just a few points redeeming a voucher. I really need to just do one more survey then I am out. It's awful

I've just had an email from them, threatening to close my account if I don't start completing their surveys again. I'm not interested in taking part for a fraction of what they used to pay (or not even being able to complete a survey at all because of screen outs). I wonder if participation has dipped a lot since the recent changes.

Thats really bad. Mum does them and she said she gets fed up of screen outs. I cleared her points pretty much not long ago with a voucher and told her to ignore them from now on. But that is bad if they getting stroppy with you. Like I said before I am not far off a voucher and wondering if I can be bothered to just get one more survey so I can get it. Then I am done with them

I cashed out just recently too and decided to keep an eye on the invites to see if they were getting any better, but they aren't. It's a shame as I previously made a point of completing every survey this company sent me. They have become just like any other ropey survey site.

Same for me. I've been doing selected surveys (where payment not ludicrous for time spent) but once reach cash out will close my account. Its a shame as I've been a member for many years but it is not longer a good site (well at least for me)

I agree with all comments it's just not worth it now and I've been doing them for 20 yrs!

I cash out regularly, it was disappoitning after they said nothing would change and then everything changed. Not sure if I just got lucky but I have had three of the old type surveys each paying 300 points, I'm wary but will keep doing those that come through and avoid the 100 points for 25 minutes of my time type ones!
