Microsoft rewards and free rakuten movie codes

Hi. It's possible to earn reward points for doing bing searches and mini quiz questions etc. But I've never been able to actually get a rakuten code. It lets me go through the redeem process but then it says there's been a problem. When I email customer services, they say they UK codes are out of stock.

This seems like a feeble excuse. Either it should automatically generate more codes as needed, or it should show how many codes are still available and then show out of stock in the redemption page.

Anyway, I just wondered if anyone had been able to successfully get and use a movie code?

Out of interest has anyone been able to redeem anything from Microsoft rewards? Or is it a sneaky game to trick you into generating clicks for them?

Think I might have got a couple of months of Spotify, but not really anything that's not given away elsewhere.

I get a £5 Amazon voucher every few weeks or so, but a lot of the time it's out of stock just as I get enough points to get it, and I have to wait a few days for it to come back in.

On PC, and I earn points for doing various searches, or ones they suggest when I click on the medal in the top right hand corner of my account page (like the ones you mention in the first post).

Finally... I actually got a voucher! £5 at Waitrose. I set it to auto redeem when I was close to the total and it worked. So it's just a bug with the rakuten codes.

Takes me ages to get points... But I'm only using my mobile to get maybe 60 points a day. Are there any tricks to boosting points?
