TV Licence - BBC channels not recieved
Hi, apologies if this has come up before, but due to poor reception if my TV does not receive any BBC channels, nor are any listed in the channel guide, would I still need a TV licence? I should add that I can receive other freeview channels, such as ITV, CH4 etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Student TV Licence
What's the best way for a student to deal with a TV licence (other than not getting one at all)? I looked at paying monthly then cancelling during the ninth month, but you have to pay the full amount in a six month period. I would imagine paying up front than asking for a refund would be troublesome to say the least.
