Confusing Internet Speed
Hi there My friend has a problem and I have tried to research the answer but can not solve the problem. Basically several speed tests report he gets between 12 and 13 Mbps but logging into the router always reports only 2 Mbps? Any ideas? Thanks so much. :D

padlock icon on video file
I downloaded a Youtube video on my computer and transferred it to my phone recently.
