Searchya??? Is it harmful?

After all the problems I've had with new laptop winds 8 and Norton, did a system refresh yesterday, after advice to get rid of Norton, all ok, went out came home o find this Searchya had attached itself to IE. Has anyone heard of this, googling it brings up differing opinions on if it's harmful, I hope I got rid of it, just ran malwarebytes which has found 1 adware, could someone please take a look at the log please and check its all ok thanks.
