The extract all option is missing in windows 7
i can down load zip files but when i right click to pick extract all the option is missing i have in the past downloaded zip management tools but have uninstalled them .If i reinstall windows will this bring back the extract all option or is there any other way to do it and if i reinstall windows will i lose everything?

Audio/video skipping on laptop
This only started a couple of days ago, it's happening even if i'm not doing anything else at the same time. Went to Windows Task Manager and the CPU usage is jumping up and down at times between 29% and 100% even of i'm just playing a song through Itunes. Have no idea what to check for or do.

Lap top battery- Dead?
On my lap top when up came the prompt to plug it in ot it would go into Hibernation, it was plugged in so I did nothing, another prompt then it switched off.
