A mate went onto a website and logged in with a username and password. Now everytime I visit that site I log on as him whether I want to or not. How do I remove his details? As soon as the home page is diaplayed his details are added. I have tried the usual ways of deleting them on ie.

In normal browsing, go to the site, log out, clear cookies.
Private browsing can access the cookies set by normal browsing just wont update them and private browsing set cookies are deleted once the windows closed0 -
No that ain't worked his login and password still appear.0

Then you also need to clear the auto complete for the browser. On IE 8 it is under content but it had no option to selectively clear it, all or nothing unfortunately. Hopefully on more recent versions its more selective (I havent used IE for years)0

Already done that.0

Ctrl + Shift + Delete usually gives options to delete all browser passwords \ settings etc... selecting all will also drop your settings...0
