Have you considered resetting Internet Explorer? That should get rid of everything.

When you run Ccleaner choose Options from the side menu and check that there are no cookies in the "keep" list.

Side menu; Cleaner. "Analyse" and then "Run Cleaner".

Side menu; Registry. "Scan" and then "Fix".

Can you post a link to said website? That might help. Are you sure it's properly logged in and not just using some kind of spam/malware scheme to make it look like you're logged in? Seeing as you said you deleted your friend's account and apparently you're still logged sounds iffy.

I find it very odd that a full clean using Ccleaner doesn't solve the issue.

Click to select the Delete personal settings check box if you also want to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, Tracking Protection, and ActiveX Filtering data.
