How Can I Search A Cell Number

I have been trying to contact someone on a cell mobile phone number, is there a way I can do a free search on line for this to find it? I have tried 192.com and the white pages. any ideas? They reside in the UK but also live in USA.

It will be hard as i dont know of any online directories as if its a Pay and Go number they could change this as often as they change their underwear0

If they live in both countries they may be a business. Try Googling them, you might get lucky.0
