hi guys, me again. sons laptopc drive only has 10% free but d drive is empty. Is it possible to transfer photos over from c to d and what,s the best way, without re-formatting drive to free up space on c drive? also, if possible, how easy is it to access them later?

I'm writing this from my laptop. My desktop will only start in safe mode. Whenever I try to start my comp, it gets so far loading, then it goes to a blue screen with white writing.
