No network access on laptop - please help
DD's Samsung laptop is very nearly 1 year old and has been working perfectly since she got it - until now. Whenever she tries to connect to the internet it says there is no network access - even though the signal strength is excellent! I'm hoping this is a fairly easy 'fix' as I am not very techie.

Messages in action centre
I use Firefox as my browser and i run Norton. Ive just downloaded latest firefox version and since then im getting messages in action centre saying i have no virus protection and no firewall. When i click onto Norton it shows they are active. Any ideas?
