user/appdata/temp i have 13gb of files and whatnot (what appears to be garbage) under this file location. Is it ok to lose some of it?? thanks in advance

remove duplicate files.
Just looking through my files and I seem to have a lot of duplicated music, video, and other assorted files. Is there as 'free' program I can use to locate all the duplicate files on my PC so I can delete those that are not needed.
