I've still got avg 7.5 as every time I try to download 8 it fails. It gets to the end and then a message comes up saying my windows don't support it. :confused: I'm not with AOL (virgin). Can see DVD drive but not content of CDs
I have a sony DVD RW drive DW-U14A. It used to work. Now I can see the drive under my computer / device manager but if I put a CD in I can not see any files on it - any thoughts? It is an IDE device, other IDE device is primary master HDD, jumper set as slave. Bios sees the drive as well.

Problems shutting down
When I am shutting down my PC it attempts to end a program called sprtcmd.exe then I get a message saying it is not responding then I have to click "End now". This has only happened in the last week - any idea what this is and how I can stop it. Thanks
