my son's ps3 keeps loosing its connection, and ive noticed my desktop is sometimes very very slow at loading webpages. my isp is aol and i'm thinking this may be the problem? if i change the isp has anybody got any recommendation?

Laptop key fell off :(

Laptop wont shut down properly
More often than not, when I go to shut down my laptop it doesn't shut down but in fact when I think it's done, it restarts. What is going on? What can I do? I'm having to force it to shut down manually which probably isn't very good for the laptop! :beer:
