Whats the best sd card camcorder?

Hi there,
Im on the lookout for a sd card camcorder and notice that toshiba have a few on offer, 2 of them are hd and only cost from £140 to £180. A few other makers as well sanyo and panasonic. I really like the sd card format no fiddling with tapes etc and already have a little aipek one but the picture isn't that great. Anyone else like me who really like the sd card format and have already invested in one of the above for under £200.
