Call of Duty 4

I just got a copy of COD4 from Ebay and whilst trying to install it, about half way in I am getting the following error message:

Error 1305. Error reading from file
E:\setup\data\main\video\scoutsniper_ load.bik.
Veryfy that the file exists and that you can access it.

I have a dell 420 Quadcore. Graphics card is a Nvidia 8800GT 512MB.

Can anyone suggest what I need to do in order to install it.

What operating system are you using? If it's Vista are you installing in
the administrator account?

On the following link they are talking about corrupt disc's

Have you tried cleaning the disc?

ps. I got it for xmas but soon got bored of it,gone back to BF2.

From googling your error some people say you need to install
the game through the administrator account which is hidden by
default in Vista and many other operating systems.
