More often than not, when I go to shut down my laptop it doesn't shut down but in fact when I think it's done, it restarts. What is going on? What can I do? I'm having to force it to shut down manually which probably isn't very good for the laptop!

Tey the power settings if not do a virus scan make sure there no virus and if all else fails you can try a system restore back to a point where it was working correct.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
